Shipping Limitations
At Living From Vision LLC, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. However, certain limitations apply to our shipping services:
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional fees, customs duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs regulations in your country.
P.O. Box Deliveries: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
Delivery Timeframes: While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing may impact delivery times.
Order Verification: For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification, which could delay shipping. We will contact you if your order requires verification.

Returns
Return Policy
Time Frame: Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Items: Returned products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return Process:
Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at order@livingfromvision.com or +1-360-387-5713 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
