🚀 U‑Qi Quick-Start Guide
Unbox and inspect
- Remove the U‑Qi and its protective foam carrying case. Ensure everything (device & power adapter) is present.
Power up your U-Qi
- Connect the U‑Qi to a power source (with the provided power- plug for 110V-220V).
- Turn on the U-Qi using the BLACK BUTTON on the BACK of the U-Qi and the blue U-Qi Home Image of the U-Qi App will display.
Connect to WiFi
- Click on CLOSE APP on the blue, U-Qi App screen to get to the Home Screen
- SWIPE RIGHT to find the SETTINGS icon
- TAP on the SETTINGS icon
- TAP on the NETWORK & INTERNET
- TAP on the WI-FI Symbol
- TAP on your provider and log in using your Wi-Fi password.

Connect to WiFi
Register Your Account for First Time Use
- RETURN to the U-Qi App by tapping on the small DOT on the bottom of the screen
- CLICK on the U-Qi App icon on the top left (the only icon on the screen) and the blue U-Qi App screen will appear
- TAP on the CLOUD Button on the bottom MENU
- CHOOSE: LOG INTO CLOUD of the MENU on the RIGHT
- A LOGIN screen will appear,
- DO NOT ENTER THE EMAIL ADDRESS YET!!!!
- TAP on the word REGISTER in the MENU if this is your FIRST TIME
- ENTER your EMAIL ADDRESS
- TAP on the top right button GET VALIDATION CODE
- CHECK your EMAIL and GET the VALIDATION CODE ( if your code does not arrive within 1 minute, check your “junk or spam” folder. If it still has not arrived, please email us at support@u-qi.tech (we have found that .icloud and .mac and some other emails seem to not get their code and we will have to manually set up your account)
- ENTER the CODE that you have received via email into U-Qi below your EMAIL ADDRESS that you are registering now
- CLICK the button NEXT in the top right of the screen
- CREATE a PASSWORD with at least 10 digits (with at least 1 capital letter, 1 small letter, a number, and one of these symbols such as [ @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) , ? “ ; { } | / ] DO NOT USE the ! symbol
- VERIFY your PASSWORD
- CLICK on the NEXT button on the top right
- The REGISTRATION SUCCESSFUL screen will appear. CLICK on OK
- The U-Qi App blue screen will appear, where you can now LOG IN since you have successfully REGISTERED for the FIRST TIME.

Log in to your U-Qi
- Now that you have Registered, you can proceed to Log In
- CLICK on the LOGIN TO CLOUD button on the MENU on the RIGHT SIDE
- ENTER your EMAIL and PASSWORD
- CLICK on the LOGIN BUTTON to the right
- VOILA, the U-Qi APP HOME SCREEN appears
- CONGRATULATIONS!
ACCESS FREE and PAID PROGRAMS
- Click on the RENT PROGRAMS BUTTON on the right MENU
- SELECT either a FREE or PAID program by clicking on the BOX next to the ICON
- CLICK on the WHITE SHOPPING CART ICON on the BOTTOM RIGHT to check out. (You cannot select FREE as well as PAID FOR programs at the same time.)
- For FREE PROGRAMS, you will be checked out automatically, and you will click on the MAIN MENU button that appears.
- OR CHECK OUT for PAID PROGRAMS:
- ENTER your PAYMENT DETAILS for a PAID PROGRAM
DOWNLOAD YOUR PROGRAMS (before you run them)
- CLICK on the DOWNLOAD U-Qi Programs BUTTON in the menu on the RIGHT side
- CLICK on the DOWNLOAD BUTTON on the top RIGHT for each of your programs
- NEXT, click on the BACK ARROW BUTTON on the upper left-hand side
RUN A PROGRAM LOCALLY (See below for multiple programs)
- CLICK on the RUN BUTTON on the bottom left of the MENU
- CLICK on the SELECT BUTTON next to the programs you have previously downloaded. (For now, only choose one program)
- ENTER the # of times you wish to REPEAT the program (i.e. 3 X )
- CLICK on RUN
- Your program will begin running, and you will see a geometric pattern for each tuning.
- If you wish to check the progress of your program or stop the program, TAP on the screen. Here you will see the % amount of completion. OF if you wish to you can click on the STOP BUTTON
DOWNLOAD THE U-QI PHOTO UPLOAD APP
- Download the U-Qi Photo Upload App onto your phone by clicking on the QR Code for your brand of phone (iOS or Android) to download the U-Qi Photo Upload
HOW TO ADD A PHOTO
- CLICK on RUN from the HOME SCREEN in the lower left of the bottom MENU.
- CLICK on the PHOTO ICON in the TOP RIGHT corner of the U-Q
- CLICK on the BUTTON that says: INITIATE PHOTO UPLOAD button in the middle of the screen.
- OPEN your U-Qi PHOTO UPLOAD APP on your phone.
- CLICK on the button: PICK A PHOTO FROM THE GALLERY
- CHOOSE a photo you wish to upload
- ENTER the CODE / NUMBER from your U-QI into the white text box on your U-Qi Phone App.
- CLICK on the UPLOAD PHOTO Button on the Phone App
- A white screen will appear confirming the upload. CLICK OK
- ON your U-Qi, click on the button DOWNLOAD THE NEW PHOTO
- The NEW PHOTO will appear
- CLICK on the BACK ARROW on the TOP LEFT CORNER of the U-Qi
- You are now READY TO RUN A PROGRAM for a subject remotely.

CREATING A LINE UP FOR RUNNING MULTIPLE PROGRAMS
- CLICK on the RUN BUTTON on the bottom left of the MENU
- CHOOSE the 1st program by clicking the SELECT BUTTON on the program you wish to run.
- ENTER the # of times you wish to REPEAT the program (i.e. 3 X )
- CHOOSE IMAGE/ KEEP IMAGE: Click on CHANGE IMAGE if you wish to change the client’s PHOTO.
- CLICK on ADD TO LINE UP
- CLICK on OK on the white pop-up screen
- CHOOSE the NEXT PROGRAM you wish to add to your LINE UP
- CHOOSE the 2nd program by clicking the SELECT BUTTON on the program you wish to run.
- ENTER the # of times you wish to REPEAT the program (i.e. 3 X )
- CHOOSE IMAGE/ KEEP IMAGE: Click on CHANGE IMAGE if you wish to change the client’s PHOTO.
- CLICK on ADD TO LINE UP
- REPEAT as desired
TO RUN THE LINE-UP OF MULTIPLE PROGRAMS for ONE OR MORE CLIENTS
- CLICK on the THREE LINES (BURGER ICON) in the TOP RIGHT CORNER
- CLICK on the PLAY ARROW BUTTON in the TOP RIGHT CORNER
- Your programs will begin running, and you will see a geometric pattern for each tuning.
- If you wish to check the progress of your program or stop the program, TAP on the screen. The screen will light up, and on the bottom, you will see the % of completion, or you can click on the STOP BUTTON
RUN WITHOUT A PHOTO FOR LOCAL BALANCING
- Click the Run Menu Button. Pick a program, and uncheck the INCLUDE IMAGE checkbox. Click Run. It actively harmonizes within ~1,000 ft in all directions.
CUSTOMIZE WITH AI Create your own energy-balancing programs using the built-in AI from the home screen on your U-QI
- CLICK on the RENT PROGRAMS BUTTON on the MENU on the RIGHT
- CLICK on the AI CREATION white BUTTON on the TOP MENU
- CLICK on the bottom BUTTON: PROCEED TO AI CUSTOM PROGRAM
- ENTER a PROGRAM NAME of your choice
- DESCRIBE your needs, problems, issues, or what you wish to achieve
- ANSWER all the PROMPTS that are asked by the BOT until it has enough details to write your program
- CLICK on GENERATE PROGRAM when it says it has enough information
- A LIST of all PROGRAM RATES and DESCRIPTIONS will be displayed.
- TAKE a screenshot/ PHOTO of the screens, if you wish to keep this list handy.
- IF you wish to RUN the program, and you are satisfied with it, you need to purchase the program
- CLICK on the PAY AND KEEP BUTTON
HOW TO INTEGRATE WITH THE SE‑5 Pro SOFTWARE
If you are working together with an SE-5 practitioner who is using the SE-5 Pro Software, they are able to send you custom programs directly to your U-Qi. You can then run your Custom Programs made for you by an SE-5 practitioner on your personal home U-Qi.
HOW TO RECEIVE THE CUSTOM PROGRAM
- Once your practitioner has notified you that he/she has sent you your custom program, CLICK on the BUTTON: DOWNLOAD SE-5 PROGRAMS on the MENU on the RIGHT SIDE,
- The new CUSTOM PROGRAM will appear in the same list as all other programs you downloaded previously.
- On the HOME SCREEN of your U-Qi, CLICK RUN on the BOTTOM MENU on the left side.
- Follow the instructions from above, for RUNNING PROGRAMS or ADD TO A LINE UP
